JFK Research is put out by a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to preserving the legacy of JFK.

The Kennedy Assassination page is put out by an academic called MacAdam, who is tired of all the conspiracy theories and sets out to debunk them.

The Academic JFK Assassination Site also claims to debunk the conspiracy theories using only hard evidence and proper procedures, although he presents all sides of the question.

The Spartacus database on the JFK assassination. This is a vast compilation of all aspects of the case. It has a section on profiles of the various investigators and theorists which will help you to evaluate the various hypotheses being put forward.

Film of the Secret Service standdown, in which the 2 guards on the rear of Kennedy's limo are ordered back into the followup car.
