There is so much material on the assassination of JFK that it needs to be put into a page of its own. Bear in mind that there is a large number of conspiracy theories out there, not all of them based on sound scholarship. There are, however, sufficient unanswered questions about the event that it has attracted an enormous amount of research.
The JFK Lancer site rejects the Warren Commission's lone-gunman theory, but is a bit more measured in its criticisms that some of the wilder sites.
JFK Murder Solved is one of the less temperate sites, making pretty large claims that someone called "James Files", working for the CIA, was the gunman on the Grassy Knoll.
JFK Research is put out by a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to preserving the legacy of JFK.
The Kennedy Assassination page is put out by an academic called MacAdam, who is tired of all the conspiracy theories and sets out to debunk them.
The Academic JFK Assassination Site also claims to debunk the conspiracy theories using only hard evidence and proper procedures, although he presents all sides of the question.
The Spartacus database on the JFK assassination. This is a vast compilation of all aspects of the case. It has a section on profiles of the various investigators and theorists which will help you to evaluate the various hypotheses being put forward.
